When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3:30 PM EST Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship the following business day.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unopened condition. Please note that used electronics or items that have been soldered cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
Please contact our support team immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order after it is placed?
Because we process orders very quickly, we can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been sent to our fulfillment floor. Please contact us via live chat for the fastest response.
